Minimum Qualifications

The Motor Vehicle Division is responsible for the registration and titling of all vehicles as well as the collection of fees and taxes as required by law. The division is responsible for maintaining records of all registered vehicles for use of law enforcement agencies and others with a need to access these records. The division is also responsible for protection of the public by licensing and regulating vehicle dealers and by identifying proof of ownership through a title issuance process. Minimum Qualifications
