At the North Dakota Department of Transportation, we owe our success to our TEAM and processes. As a Transportation Engineer III in the Programming Division, you will manage and maintain the NDDOT traffic control signal systems to ensure that traffic signal control systems are designed, constructed, and maintained properly to minimize fuel consumption, delay, and stops without having adverse effects on safety. This position also prepares traffic and operations studies, reviews and analyzes crash data, and reviews traffic studies, reports, and design plans. The ideal person for this position will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications
