The next North Dakota Racing Commission meeting is scheduled for:
Per action of the Racing Commission at the November 21 meeting, the Commissioners authorized a fee reduction for foals that are registered after their foaling year. Effective immediately, yearlings and older foals may be registered in the North Dakota Breed Fund for $250. The fee remains the same at $10, if the foal is registered by December 31 of their foaling year.

Per the motion of the ND Racing Commission at the November 21, 2019 meeting, the Commission has authorized offering a reduced fee on any license applications received sufficiently in advance of the 2020 racing season. The license fee reduction will apply to any application meeting the following criteria:
- A completely filled out application;
- A check or money order payable to the ND Racing Commission for the applicable fee;
- Application and fee postmarked by May 15, 2020.
