Per the motion of the ND Racing Commission at the November 15, 2018 meeting, the Commission has authorized offering a reduced fee on any license applications received sufficiently in advance of the 2019 racing season. The license fee reduction will apply to any application meeting the following criteria:
- A completely filled out application;
- A check or money order payable to the ND Racing Commission for the applicable fee;
- Application and fee postmarked by May 15, 2019.
