     The North Dakota Racing Commission will hold a public hearing to address several administrative rule changes. The hearing will take place at 10:00 AM, CDT, Wednesday, July 6, at the ND Racing Commission office, 4501 Coleman Street, Suite 100, Bismarck ND.
