Reminder: At the December 3, 2020, Commission meeting the Commissioners approved a motion that states all Breed Fund owners must submit to the Racing Commission a list of their registered horses that will no longer be in the Breed Fund program by January 31st of each year. Please indicate whether they are in the Fund as a foal, broodmare, or stallion. 

We need to know if the horse is going to continue to be Active in the Breed Fund.
