Facilitate coordination and communication between participating state agencies and partners to ensure one voice in messaging, marketing, and implementation of state- sponsored 250th commemorative activities and initiatives. Coordinate with the Audience Engagement and Museum (AEM) team of the State Historical Society to develop communication strategies to bring awareness to and interest to America250 ND, including, but not limited to, developing a statewide calendar of events, producing news releases, organizing media events and working closely with media, and coordinating America250 merchandise. Monitor budget and make recommendations for expenditures. Coordinate with the AEM team to support the development of exhibits, programming, and educational materials related to the 250th commemoration. Record America250 ND meeting minutes, provide monthly update reports to the ND commission, and produce a final state report covering all details of the America250 ND planning and execution. To be successful in this position, you should have a combination of related education and demonstrated experience totaling a minimum of five years.
