Minimum Qualifications

Work experience in general maintenance including tasks such as janitorial, painting, landscaping, grounds keeping, etc. Willingness to learn to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance Ability to move up to 50 lb. 16 years of age Valid driver's license
