Minimum Qualifications

Requires an associate degree with major coursework in office support or business or office education and one year of work experience performing a variety of office support, clerical, or secretarial work. Additional work experience performing office support, clerical or secretarial duties may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to handle difficult situations with composure. Skilled in the use of analytical tools and data analysis methods. Ability to work effectively within a complex work environment. Experience in administrative work and customer service.

The ND State Seed Department (NDSSD) is the state's designated authority for all seed certification and regulatory matters. This position is focused on providing front desk reception as well as administrative services to all areas of the NDSSD. The department's core operations consist of five primary program areas: Field Seed, Potato, Laboratory Services, Regulatory and Administration. The successful applicant will be one of 3 administrative team members in the Fargo office.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and one year of work experience in office support, data entry, or customer service OR associate degree in related field.

Preferred Qualifications

As a case manager, will provide individuals opportunities to manage their own recovery so they can live and work independently in the community. You will conduct comprehensive needs assessments, complete and implement service plans, as well as leverage contacts and referral partners to ensure access to needed services. This position is on the crisis team. You will support the mobile crisis team to assist individual's case management needs on the weekends. Case Management services are community-based. Work will be done primarily in the individual's home and community. To thrive in this position, you should be knowledgeable about resources offered in your community and prefer working with clients in their home and natural environments.

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires the following: bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, sociology, counseling, human development, special education, child development and family science, human resource management (human service track), criminal justice, occupational therapy, communication science/disorders or vocational rehabilitation, and two years of experience working with special population groups in a direct care setting OR a master's degree in one of the fields listed above. Position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
